As a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Advisor, Appraiser, and Investment Consultant, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their financial and homeownership goals. With a strong background in IT, marketing, and customer service, as well as a Business Degree from UFV and a 2 Year Certification in Real Estate Valuation from UBC, I am well-equipped to navigate the complex world of real estate and mortgage financing.
I have a diverse professional background, with experience in real estate sales, marketing, retail sales, and IT support. I am skilled in analyzing data, interpreting market trends, and making informed decisions, and I am committed to continuous learning and professional development. I am also highly proficient in customer service and relationship building, and I have a strong track record of success in helping clients buy and sell properties and secure mortgage financing.
In my current role as a Real Estate Licensee at Select Real Estate, I am actively involved in providing assistance to sellers and buyers, analyzing property titles, creating appraisal reports, and performing comparative market analyses to estimate properties' value. I am also responsible for managing and updating listings and analyzing leases, deeds, and contracts.
I am excited to continue growing and developing my skills as a Real Estate Advisor and to help my clients make the right decisions when it comes to buying or selling property. I am committed to providing exceptional service and value to all of my clients, and I look forward to helping them achieve their dreams of homeownership.
