Meet Raif Weston

I've built my business and client base in Vancouver from the grassroots up since becoming a Realtor in 2011. Over the years I have created a successful business based on trust, knowledge and hard work. 

I began my path into the real estate industry at the age of 21 by completing a 3 year BSc in Real Estate Valuation & Management at the University of the West of England (UWE). After graduating I moved to London and worked at the most successful real estate firm at the time in Richmond SW London called Featherstone Leigh, we had a greater market share than all of the other big name companies including Knight Frank, Hamptons & Savills. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Featherstone Leigh until I emigrated to Vancouver in 2008.

I’m proud to say that I now consistently rank in the top 6 - 10% of Realtors at Royal LePage Sussex. My goal is always to provide a service that meets my clients needs whilst exceeding their expectations, so that they tell their friends and family about the amazing experience they had with me. As a result the majority of my business comes from referrals and repeat business. My 5* Google rating is a standard I strive for with every client I work with.

When new clients reach out to me they instantly feel they're in safe hands from the first consultation through to when they complete on the sale of their home or receiving the keys on their new purchase. I treat my clients like family and my intentions are always to build strong professional relationships that will continue beyond the purchase or sale of their home.

I feel blessed to have lived and worked on the North Shore since 2008 garnering a vast array of knowledge about the best neighborhoods, schools, shops, restaurants, recreation facilities and hikes.

My passions outside of real estate are travelling with my wife & daughter, playing rugby, golf, gym sessions, hiking/trail running, gardening & cooking.
