Vivian is a Vancouver based real estate agent with over 10 years experience in the Metro Vancouver area BC. She moved to Vancouver in 1997 and graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor degree in Economics. While still studying in SFU, Vivian also obtained the Certificate of Gemologist from Canada Gemology Institute. After successfully running her jewellery business for 10 years, Vivian started pursue her dream as a Realtor.

Vivian is the best selling agent anyone could get! She is patient and listens to all my concerns.
She basically handled everything for me, including beautiful staging for my condo, communicating with the condo strata for all inquiries. On top of that, when a potential buyer complained about one of the toilet flushes being too slow, she simply gave me a call and said 'she'll take care of it!' and replaced the flush the next day.
